Les valeurs varient selon la chimie, la conception et l'\u00e9tat de charge. Les vrais packs affichent des plages, pas des points uniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">90-120 \u00b0C (194-248 \u00b0F)\u00a0: ce qui \u00e9choue en premier dans le <strong>Couche SEI<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> la couche SEI commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer et \u00e0 se reformer, lib\u00e9rant de la chaleur et de petits volumes de d\u00e9gagement de gaz tout en consommant du lithium actif. Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re exothermie mesurable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9canisme\u00a0: les esp\u00e8ces m\u00e9tastables SEI se d\u00e9composent et se stabilisent\u00a0; l'\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et le CO apparaissent \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de traces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fen\u00eatre d'impact\u00a0: d\u00e9gagement de chaleur faible \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9 qui amorce les \u00e9tapes ult\u00e9rieures\u00a0; les cellules avec un SOC \u00e9lev\u00e9 entrent plus rapidement dans la phase suivante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">110-150 \u00b0C (230-302 \u00b0F) : l'anode r\u00e9agit-elle avec l'\u00e9lectrolyte et ajoute-t-elle de la chaleur ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oui. Le graphite expos\u00e9 r\u00e9agit de mani\u00e8re exothermique avec le solvant\u00a0; si le placage au lithium existe, le Li m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9agit plus rapidement et plus chaud. La chaleur ajout\u00e9e typique \u223ccentaines de J\/g acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature. Les petites cellules peuvent s'\u00e9vacuer t\u00f4t\u00a0; les formats plus grands stockent la chaleur plus longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">130 \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (266 \u00e0 356 \u00b0F)\u00a0: que se passe-t-il lorsque le <strong>S\u00e9parateur de batterie<\/strong> Fondre ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est le point de bascule. Le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne se ramollit \u00e0 environ 135 \u00b0C\u00a0; polypropyl\u00e8ne pr\u00e8s de ~166 \u00b0C. Une fois que les pores s'effondrent ou que le film fond, les \u00e9lectrodes se touchent, la r\u00e9sistance interne plonge et court-circuite les pics de chauffage I\u00b2R en quelques secondes. Le franchissement d\u2019environ 130 \u00e0 150 \u00b0C marque la zone de \u201c non-retour \u201d pour de nombreux packs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note de conception\u00a0: les films d'arr\u00eat\/rev\u00eatus de c\u00e9ramique peuvent retarder mais pas \u00e9liminer les courts-circuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signal pratique\u00a0: mont\u00e9e rapide de la temp\u00e9rature du bo\u00eetier et chute de tension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">150-250 \u00b0C (302-482 \u00b0F)\u00a0: Pourquoi la lib\u00e9ration d'oxyg\u00e8ne cathodique et l'oxydation des solvants entra\u00eenent-elles un emballement\u00a0?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oxyg\u00e8ne et carburant. Les NMC en couches commencent \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer de l'oxyg\u00e8ne dans le r\u00e9seau \u00e0 environ 180-220 \u00b0C\u00a0; Le LFP dure plus longtemps (&gt; 260 \u00b0C), am\u00e9liorant la stabilit\u00e9 mais pas l'immunit\u00e9. Les solvants carbonates se d\u00e9composent en CO\/CO\u2082 et en gaz inflammables. Les r\u00e9actions combin\u00e9es peuvent d\u00e9passer ~600 J\/g, augmentant la pression dans l'enceinte et la hauteur de la flamme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effet chimique\u00a0: NMC &gt; NCA &gt; LFP pour la lib\u00e9ration d'oxyg\u00e8ne dans des conditions comparables\u00a0; gammes de d\u00e9calage des additifs et des rev\u00eatements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facteur syst\u00e8me\u00a0: la compression du module, la zone de ventilation et le SOC faussent la courbe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&gt;200 \u00b0C (&gt;392 \u00b0F) : la d\u00e9gradation du liant ajoute-t-elle un gros pic de chaleur ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souvent oui. Le PVDF et d'autres liants peuvent r\u00e9agir avec les surfaces lithi\u00e9es, ajoutant jusqu'\u00e0 ~ 1\u00a0500 J\/g dans les pires cas. La pression interne augmente rapidement ; les bouches d'a\u00e9ration sont ouvertes\u00a0; les jets s'enflamment \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de surfaces chaudes. De courts \u00e9clats de flammes sont fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&gt;300 \u00b0C (&gt;572 \u00b0F) : ce qui indique qu'il est plein <strong>Emballement thermique de la batterie<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Runaway est d\u00e9sormais autonome. Le s\u00e9parateur a disparu, les courts-circuits se multiplient, l'\u00e9lectrolyte br\u00fble et les jets chauds enflamment les gaz accumul\u00e9s. Les temp\u00e9ratures cutan\u00e9es maximales d\u00e9passent ~600 \u00b0C\u00a0; le risque de propagation augmente \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du module et dans les modules adjacents si l'espacement et les barri\u00e8res sont faibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risque li\u00e9 aux installations\u00a0: la composition des fum\u00e9es comprend du CO et du HF\u00a0; la ventilation et l'acc\u00e8s des pompiers deviennent des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risque de pack\u00a0: la propagation de l'emballement thermique d\u00e9pend de l'espacement des modules, de la masse thermique, des barri\u00e8res coupe-feu et du cheminement des \u00e9vents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment cr\u00e9er un \u201c\u00a0pare-feu\u00a0\u201d de temp\u00e9rature dans des projets r\u00e9els\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencez t\u00f4t et superposez les contr\u00f4les. Conservez les marges SOC dans les sc\u00e9narios d'abus, utilisez des s\u00e9lections de s\u00e9parateurs de batterie robustes, ajoutez des rev\u00eatements en c\u00e9ramique lorsque cela est possible, \u00e9loignez les \u00e9vents des voisins et distribuez la chaleur dans un endroit s\u00fbr o\u00f9 aller. Les capteurs proches de 90-150 \u00b0C permettent de gagner du temps\u00a0; la conception de l\u2019enceinte ach\u00e8te le confinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9lectrique\u00a0: fusion rapide, le contacteur s'ouvre en cas de surchauffe\/surintensit\u00e9, charge conservatrice \u00e0 froid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9caniques : coussins thermiques, contr\u00f4le de compression, barri\u00e8res coupe-feu entre modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Op\u00e9rationnel\u00a0: journalisation et alarmes au niveau du pack\u00a0; manuels de
