Os valores variam de acordo com a qu\u00edmica, design e estado de carga. Os pacotes reais mostram intervalos, n\u00e3o pontos \u00fanicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">90\u2013120 \u00b0C (194\u2013248 \u00b0F): O que falha primeiro no <strong>Camada SEI<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> a camada SEI come\u00e7a a se decompor e se reformar, liberando calor e pequenos volumes de g\u00e1s residual enquanto consome l\u00edtio ativo. \u00c9 a primeira exot\u00e9rmica mensur\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mecanismo: esp\u00e9cies SEI metaest\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bse decomp\u00f5em e se reestabilizam; etileno e CO aparecem em pequenas quantidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Janela de impacto: libera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor baixa a moderada que prepara as etapas posteriores; c\u00e9lulas com alto SOC entram na pr\u00f3xima fase mais rapidamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">110\u2013150 \u00b0C (230\u2013302 \u00b0F): O \u00e2nodo reage com o eletr\u00f3lito e adiciona calor?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sim. A grafite exposta reage exot\u00e9rmicamente com solvente; se existir revestimento de l\u00edtio, o Li met\u00e1lico reage mais r\u00e1pido e mais quente. O calor adicionado t\u00edpico - centenas de J\/g acelera o aumento da temperatura. Os solventes de carbonato se decomp\u00f5em em CO\/CO\u2082 e gases inflam\u00e1veis. O PVDF e outros ligantes podem reagir com superf\u00edcies litiadas, somando at\u00e9 ~1.500 J\/g nos piores casos. A press\u00e3o interna aumenta rapidamente; aberturas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o abertas; jatos acendem perto de superf\u00edcies quentes. Pequenas rajadas de chamas s\u00e3o comuns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&gt;300 \u00b0C (&gt;572 \u00b0F): O que marca cheio <strong>Fuga t\u00e9rmica da bateria<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Runaway agora \u00e9 autossustent\u00e1vel. O separador desapareceu, os curtos-circuitos se multiplicam, o eletr\u00f3lito queima e os jatos quentes inflamam os gases acumulados. As temperaturas m\u00e1ximas da pele excedem ~600 \u00b0C; o risco de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta dentro do m\u00f3dulo e em m\u00f3dulos adjacentes se o espa\u00e7amento e as barreiras forem fracos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risco da instala\u00e7\u00e3o: a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da fuma\u00e7a inclui CO e HF; a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e o acesso dos bombeiros tornam-se quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a de vida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risco de pacote: a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o de fuga t\u00e9rmica depende do espa\u00e7amento dos m\u00f3dulos, da massa t\u00e9rmica, das barreiras resistentes ao fogo e do roteamento da ventila\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como voc\u00ea constr\u00f3i um \u201cfirewall\u201d de temperatura em projetos reais?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comece cedo e coloque os controles em camadas. Mantenha as margens SOC em cen\u00e1rios de abuso, use sele\u00e7\u00f5es robustas de separadores de bateria, adicione revestimentos cer\u00e2micos sempre que vi\u00e1vel, direcione as aberturas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o para longe dos vizinhos e forne\u00e7a calor para um local seguro para onde ir. Sensores pr\u00f3ximos de 90\u2013150 \u00b0C ganham tempo; o design do gabinete compra conten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El\u00e9trica: fus\u00e3o r\u00e1pida, contator abre em caso de sobretemperatura\/sobrecorrente, carga conservadora a frio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mec\u00e2nica: almofadas t\u00e9rmicas, controle de compress\u00e3o, barreiras ign\u00edfugas
